Walk-in mental health support

At MIELI Point we offer help with conversations in difficult life situations, without an appointment.  You can walk in and talk with a crisis worker, confidentially and free of charge.

MIELI Point locations in Joensuu

You will find MIELI Point here:

• Central Hospital main lobby (Tikkamäentie 16), on Thursdays at 10-12
• Community center Satama (Kirkkokatu 13) on Tuesdays at 12-14
• Viadia-center (Venetie 10) on Fridays at 10-11:30
• Viadia-suburban house (Rantakylä shopping center) on every month’s second Friday at 12-14
• Karelia UAS on Wednesdays at 10-12: Wärtsilä campus (even-numbered weeks), Tikkarinne campus (odd-numbered weeks)

MIELI Point days at the Crisis Center

You can walk in also to Crisis Center and talk with our crisis worker, without appointment.

• Saturday 31.10. at 10-14
