Vihreä porttisymboli ja teksti Pro Lapinlahti

Pro Lapinlahti Mental Health Association (Pro Lapinlahti) is a local association of MIELI Finnish Mental Health Association, operating in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, in a former psychiatric hospital surrounded by a lush hospital park and the sea.

We offer low-threshold cultural activities for city residents and paths to participation for target groups who are outside the workforce for various reasons and in a vulnerable position, at Lapinlahden Lähde, a center for art, culture, and mental well-being.

Mental health work in this historic area is combined with inclusive, safe, communal activities that reduce loneliness, which are free of charge and open to everyone.

Pro Lapinlahti organizes hundreds of events, workshops, and art exhibitions each year and maintains the Mental Museum Lapinlahden Lähde, the Toivon Lähde crisis room, the City Nature Center, and MIITTI activities aimed specifically at immigrants. Pro Lapinlahti also owns the social enterprise Pro Lapinlahden Tuki Oy, which runs Kahvila Lähde and Lähteen sauna in Lapinlahti.
