Contact us when you need help with conversations in crises and difficult life situations.
For example when
- your life has just changed and you are feeling down
- you have difficulties with studies or work
- you have marital or family problems
- you feel that you cannot cope alone for fear, worry or sadness
- you have suicidal thoughts
- you are worried about a loved one.
You can talk confidentially with a crisis worker in person or via remote appointments. The conversations are free of charge, and no referrals is needed.
