Mental Health Art Week 2026 Helsinki

Mental Health Art Week (MHAW) is a week of cultural experiences all over Finland. Accessible cultural and art events strengthen local well-being and increase understanding of the effects of culture and art on mental health.

This week allows for moments of good cheer and encounters in the fields of culture and art. The events are generally open to everyone and free of charge, unless otherwise stated.

I see you, I hear you!

The theme of the year’s events is visible and heard in performances, concerts, workshops, exhibitions, and even street art events. We all have a need to be heard and seen.
