About the facilitator – Mamatha
I am the mother of a child with ADHD, autism, and additional support needs. My personal journey has taught me that while every family’s situation is unique, many parents share the same challenges—feeling overwhelmed, balancing daily responsibilities, and trying to support both their child and the rest of the family. I am passionate about supportive parents like me and giving practical tools for dealing with everyday challenges.
Recently completed my MBA in Service Innovation and Design. I am a mother, a story creator and storyteller for my child, and someone who is constantly exploring ways to live a better, more meaningful life. I am passionate about mental health and well-being, and I believe that small, practical changes can make a meaningful difference in our everyday lives.
