Book an appointment for crisis counseling at MIELI Crisis Centre Turku

At MIELI Crisis Centre Turku, you can receive short-term conversational support for difficult life situations and crises. You can attend the appointment alone, or with a partner, a loved one, or your family. The service is free of charge, and you may remain anonymous if you wish.

The meeting can take place in person at the MIELI Crisis Centre Turku premises, or as a phone or online appointment.

If MIELI Crisis Centre Turku does not have a suitable time available, you can also book a remote appointment from other MIELI Crisis Centres.

If you wish to book an appointment with a crisis worker in English or via an interpreter, we recommend booking your appointment by phone, as the online booking system does not currently allow you to specifically select services in English.

Online appointments are an excellent way to receive crisis support when your schedule is tight, travel distances are long, or your life situation makes it difficult to arrange an in-person meeting.

If you cannot find a suitable time

We recommend calling us if you cannot find a suitable time in the online calendar. If we are unable to answer your call at that moment, we will call you back.

Cancellation policy

Please remember to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend, either directly via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting your crisis worker by email or phone.
