Support refugees in a stressful life phase. Come and volunteer in our nature group for asylum seekers.
Serene’s nature group meets one weekday afternoon a week at the Turku Reception Centre in Pansio. The group offers participants a chance to be together with others and focus on the moment at hand.
Read about volunteering on this page. Consider whether working as a helper fits your current life situation.
Fill in the application for volunteer training. We will contact you as soon as possible.
We will have a discussion with everyone applying for the training about the content of the volunteer role and the suitability of their life situation for the upcoming task.
The volunteer training prepares you for the role and for encountering people in vulnerable situations.
You will receive guidance and support throughout your entire volunteer experience.
